Tata Motors has recently launched various facelift models of its popular SUVs and compact SUVs that include the Tata Harrier, Tata Safari, Tata Nexon and Tata Nexon.ev. After successfully capturing these segments, Tata Motors is now gearing up to launch the previously revealed Curvv SUV concept. The Curvv SUV has recently been spotted testing revealing essential information about the car.

Tata Curvv SUV - Design

Talking about the design of the Curvv, it gets a coupe-SUV design with a sloping rear roofline and no rear quarter glass is present behind the rear window. Tata Curvv looks similar to the  newly launched Nexon facelift by borrowing design elements such as the vertically-arranged LED headlights, LED DRLs, almost identical bonnet and windscreen, doors and more. The Curvv SUV looks muscular as shown in the concept revealed by Tata earlier this year.

Tata Curvv SUV - Interior

Within the Curvv SUV, it is likely that it will get features like Tata’s new two-spoke steering wheel with illuminated logo, a panoramic sunroof, a bigger infotainment screen, dual-zone climate control, powered and ventilated seats are among some of the most noticeable features.

Tata Curvv SUV - Powertrain

Talking about the powertrain of the Curvv SUV, there is no information on what model has been spotted testing - ICE, CNG or EV. Additionally, Tata had previously revealed that it will be launching the EV variant of the Curvv SUV before the ICE model. In the ICE variant, Tata might launch the Curvv with similar powertrain specs as the Nexon - a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder petrol engine and 1.5-litre 4-cylinder diesel engine option. It is quite possible that the Curvv will also get a CNG variant as Tata has been launching CNG iterations for almost all its models. Tata is also working on introducing a new turbo-petrol engine which will be incorporated into their models somewhere around next year.
