Tata Winger Plus Price: Tata Motors has launched the Winger Plus, its premium passenger mobility vehicle, at Rs 20.60 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in India. Meant for urban staff transportation, intercity travel, and the growing tourism segment, the Tata Winger Plus can seat up to 9 people while offering 'a more comfortable, spacious, and connected travel experience'.

Tata Winger Plus: Real-time Tracking

The Tata Winger Plus comes with the company's Fleet Edge connected vehicle platform, offering real-time vehicle tracking, along with diagnostics and driver behaviour analysis. This is intended to help fleet owners achieve higher efficiency and lower operating costs, according to Tata Motors. 

Tata Winger Plus: Enhanced Safety

Featuring a monocoque chassis with car-like handling capabilities, the Tata Winger Plus is claimed to deliver enhanced safety and superior ride comfort. It also comes with independent suspension. This feature allows each wheel to move independently, resulting in better handling.

Tata Winger Plus: Comfort Features

Inside, the vehicle gets reclining captain seats with adjustable armrests, in addition to roof-mounted AC vents, a luggage compartment, and personal USB charging ports. All of these have been added for enhanced passenger comfort during extended trips.   

Tata Winger Plus: Engine, Output

Powering the Winger Plus is a 2.2-litre Dicor diesel engine, which is tuned to produce 99bhp and 200Nm of peak torque.

'India’s passenger mobility landscape is evolving rapidly — from staff transportation in urban centres to the rising demand for tourism across the country,' said Anand S, Vice President and Head – Commercial Passenger Vehicle Business, Tata Motors.

'The Winger Plus is built to serve this diversity, setting new benchmarks in the commercial passenger vehicle segment.' The 9-seater vehicle will go on sale through authorised dealerships this week. Upon arrival, the Winger Plus will face competition from the Force Traveller.
