Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder Waiting Period: Japanese automaker Toyota has firmly established itself in the Indian automotive market, offering several popular models including the Fortuner, Innova Hycross, Innova Crysta, and Urban Cruiser Hyryder. As of June, the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder SUV has a waiting period extending up to five months. Here’s a detailed breakdown of how long you might wait to purchase this popular SUV.

Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder - Waiting Period
Customers who book the Hyryder in June can expect a delivery time ranging from two to five months. The shortest wait is for the hybrid variants, which are estimated at about two months. On the other hand, the non-hybrid petrol variants have the longest waiting period of up to five months. Additionally, Toyota’s CNG option for the Hyryder has an approximate waiting period of four months. This is a significant improvement from a few months ago when the waiting periods for the Hyryder mild-hybrid were as high as eight to nine months, and the CNG variant had a waiting time of 12 to 13 months.
Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder - Powertrain
The Urban Cruiser Hyryder is powered by a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder mild-hybrid engine. This engine is capable of delivering a power output of 103 bhp and 137 Nm of torque. This engine can be paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox or an optional 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. It offers both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations. Another engine on offer is a 1.5-litre strong hybrid, that is capable of producing a power output of 116 bhp, and is equipped with an e-CVT gearbox as standard.

Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder - Price
The Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder is available in India with its price ranging between Rs 11.14 lakh to Rs 20.19 lakh (ex-showroom). In the competitive SUV market, it faces competitors such as the Maruti Grand Vitara, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, and Honda Elevate.
