German luxury automobile manufacturer, Mercedes-Benz will be unveiling the 'Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6' concept for the first time in India on October 11. The Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 was unveiled globally in 2016 and will now be showcased in NMACC Mumbai.
Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 - Design
The Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6, as shown in official images, boasts an imposing Mercedes-Maybach grille with vertical slats and sleek LED headlights. Car enthusiasts will be amazed by its long hood, sharp lines, sloping roof and exclusive roof-hinged gull-wing doors. The Maybach’s red color scheme contrasts with chrome strips on the wheel arches, bonnet, and boot lid.

Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 - Cabin
The cabin of the concept car features a expansive front windscreen that also becomes a transparent display that shows driving data and geographical info seamlessly across its entire width. Passengers of the Maybach can interact with and customize this data through intuitive gestures. The curved dashboard wing extending to the door trim creates a 360° lounge experience. The presence of traditional wood trim on the doors and dashboard balances the high-tech digital control and display interfaces.
Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 - Performance
The Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 is an electric vehicle powered by four compact permanent magnet synchronous electric motors that sends power to all wheels of the car. This motor boasts a power output of 738 bhp, along with a 80 kWh battery that offers a driving range of 500 km after being fully charged. This Maybach EV can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 4 seconds and can achieve a top-speed of 250 km/h.

There is no confirmation on whether the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 will ever come into production and if it does, it is likely that it will be available in very limited numbers.
