Yamaha Fascino S Launched: Yamaha Motor India has introduced a new S variant of the Fascino 125 scooter in the country. It now features an innovative ‘Answer Back’ function. It has now been launched at a starting price of Rs 93,730 (ex-showroom) with the top variant being priced at Rs 94,530 (ex-showroom). The Yamaha Fascino S competes with other scooters in the 125cc segment, such as the Suzuki Burgman Street 125, Honda Activa 125, TVS Jupiter 125 and Hero Destini 125.

Yamaha Fascino S - Design 

Talking about the exterior appearance of the newly launched Yamaha Fascino S, it is available in three colour scheme options - Matte Red, Matte Black and Dark Matte Blue. 

Yamaha Fascino S - Features 

Coming to the new ‘Answer Back’ feature, it allows owners to easily locate their scooter by switching on the side indicators and horn for approximately two seconds. To use this function, owners must download the ‘Yamaha Scooter Answer Back’ application from the Google Play Store or the App Store and activate the feature through the app. In addition to the new feature, the Fascino S retains its existing set of features, including a silent starter and an automatic start-stop function with both Normal and Traffic modes.

Yamaha Fascino S - Engine 

The new Fascino S maintains the same mechanical specifications as its predecessors. It is powered by a 125cc, air-cooled engine that delivers a power output of 8.04 bhp and 10.3 Nm of torque. The scooter has a fuel tank capacity of 5.2 litres and a kerb weight of 99 kg.

Yamaha Fascino S - Hardware 

Talking about the hardware, the Fascino S rides on a combination of 12-inch front and 10-inch rear alloy wheels. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear. The braking system includes a front disc brake and a rear drum brake, with the most affordable variant featuring drum brakes at both ends.
