Bihar Education Dept To Upload Teacher Data On HRMS Portal, Aims To Resolve Salary Payment Issues | Details

The Bihar Education Department is working to resolve salary payment issues for special teachers who passed the first competency test. The department will upload the data of these teachers on the HRMS portal and complete the technical joining process for those left out. 

The Primary Education Director has instructed all district education officers to inform the concerned teachers about the reasons for not uploading their data on the HRMS portal. Out of 181,581 special teachers who passed the first competency test and underwent technical joining, data for 175,335 teachers has been uploaded.

The remaining teachers are required to provide their name, competency application number, PRAN, and other details through a Google Sheet. District education officers will enter this information. Updating the mobile number linked with PRAN is essential for uploading data on the HRMS portal. 

Teachers also need to correct any incorrect Aadhaar details or add missing Aadhaar information on the e-Shiksha Kosh portal by contacting the District Program Officer (Establishment). Applications, PRAN, and class categories will be updated if necessary.
