A seminar was organised at the Bihar Museum on Buddha Purnima by the Department of Art, Culture, and Youth. Bihar Museum Director General Anjani Kumar Singh said in the museum premises that Lord Buddha's knowledge and messages are worthy of adoption worldwide. His messages are extremely beneficial and relevant. Many Buddhist stupas have been built in Bihar to spread his knowledge. 

A grand museum is being built in Vaishali, Bihar, to disseminate Lord Buddha's knowledge. He said that Lord Buddha taught the common people to be resilient. There is depth hidden in Buddhism. Art, Culture, and Youth Department Secretary Pranav Kumar said that the history of Lord Buddha has been the history of ancient India. 

When Vedic rituals were becoming complex, Lord Buddha incarnated on Earth. Buddha's knowledge of the middle path is as practical today as it ever was. It is a matter of pride for us Biharis that Lord Buddha attained enlightenment in Bodh Gaya, Bihar. The principle of Panchsheel was also the path shown by Lord Buddha, which was later used by India's first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

During the seminar, Kashi Hindu University Professor Dr Sitaram Dubey spoke about the contribution of Buddhism to education, saying that Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha are the Tripitakas of Buddhism. Buddha tried to remove the world's suffering with his attained knowledge. It was the charisma of Buddha's personality that one thousand Brahmins adopted Buddhism at that time in Rajgir. 

The background of Mahayana was also created on this land of Pataliputra. Buddha always promoted the common language and used it to convey his message to the common people. This was a revolutionary change at that time. 

Kolkata Professor Dr Rupendra Kumar Chattopadhyay said that Buddha conveyed his principles to the common people. Buddhist stupas are centers of knowledge and inspiration. Kashi Hindu University Assistant Professor Dr Arun Kumar Yadav said that Lord Buddha's spiritual birth took place in Bodh Gaya, Bihar when he attained enlightenment. Professor Sitaram Dubey, Special Officer of the Department of Art, Culture, and Youth, Kahkashan, Dr Harsh Ranjan, Rachna Patil, and others were present during the program.
