Bihar NDA Manifesto: The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) released its manifesto for Bihar Assembly Election 2025 on Friday. Top leaders from the BJP, JDU, LJP (Ram Vilas), HAM, and RLM jointly announced the alliance's election promises in Patna.

BJP chief JP Nadda, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, HAM(S) Custodian Jitan Ram Manjhi, LJP(RV) chief Chirag Paswan, RLM chief Upendra Kushwaha and other alliance leaders released NDA's 'Sankalp Patra'. The manifesto includes big promises -  one crore government jobs for the youth of the state, seven expressways, metro connectivity in four cities, among others.

NDA's Manifesto Makes Big Promises

-1 crore government jobs and employment for youth.

-Skill census will be conducted to provide skill-based employment.

-Bihar will be established as a global skilling centre by setting up Mega Skill Centres in every district.

-Under the Chief Minister Women Employment Scheme, women will be given assistance up to Rs 2 lakh.

-1 crore women will be made 'Lakhpati Didi'.

-Through 'Mahila Mission Crorepati', work will be done towards making identified women entrepreneurs millionaires.

-Assistance of Rs 10 lakh will be given to various occupational groups of the Extremely Backward Classes.

-A high-level committee will be formed under the chairmanship of a retired Supreme Court judge, which will look into various issues of the Most Backward Classes.

-The government should assess the social and economic status of the castes and take appropriate steps for their empowerment.

-Respect for every farmer, fair price for every crop.

-By introducing Karpoori Thakur Kisan Samman Nidhi, farmers will be given a benefit of Rs 3,000 per year, totaling Rs 9,000.

-Rs 1 lakh crore will be invested in agri-infrastructure.

-All major crops (paddy, wheat, pulses, maize) will be procured at MSP at the Panchayat level.

-Under the 'Matsya-Dugdh Mission' scheme, each fish farmer will be given a total benefit of rs 9,00050.

-By launching 'Bihar Milk Mission', chilling and processing centres will be established at every block level.

-5 mega food parks will be set up and agricultural exports will be doubled.

-Self-sufficiency in pulses production will be achieved by 2030.

-7 expressways will be built.

-3600 km of rail track will be modernised.

-Amrit Bharat Express and Namo Rapid Rail services will be expanded.

-Metro service will be started in 4 new cities.

-Modern Urban Development and Connectivity.

-Greenfield city will be developed in 'Newpatna' and satellite townships in major cities.

-The birthplace of Mother Janaki will be developed as a world-class spiritual city 'Sitapuram'.

-A Greenfield International Airport will be developed near Patna and international airports will be developed in Darbhanga, Purnia andBhagalpur.

-Domestic flights will be started from 10 new cities.

-Guaranteed Industrial Revolution and New-Age Economy.

-Industrial revolution will be brought about with an investment of Rs 1 lakh crore under the Developed Bihar Industrial Mission.

-Developed Bihar Industrial Development Master Plan will be made.

-State-of-the-art manufacturing units and 10 new industrial parks will be developed in each district.

-Investment of Rs 50 lakh crore will be attracted under the New-Age Economy.

-Free ration.

-125 units of free electricity.

-Free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh.

-50 lakh new pucca houses.
