Caste-wise distribution
The list includes 8 candidates each from the Yadav and Dhanuk communities, 3 from the Mallah communities, 2 from the Gangota, Kaamat, Chandravanshi, Teli, and Kalwar castes, and 1 from the Halwai, Kanu, Agrahari, Sudhi, and Goswami castes.
SC: Among the 15 people from the Scheduled Castes who have been given tickets, five seats have been given to Musahar-Manjhi, five to Ravidas, two to Pasi, one seat each to Paswan, Sardar-Bansphor, Kharwar and Dhobi.
General: In the general category, the Rajput caste has secured the highest number of seats, 10. JDU has fielded nine candidates from the Bhumihar caste, while two from the Brahmin caste and one from the Kayastha caste have been given tickets.
Minority candidates: Of the four people from the minority community to whom JDU has given tickets, two are from the extremely backward class and two are from the general category.
