To expedite the ongoing Revenue Mega Campaign, the Revenue and Land Reforms Department has decided to involve personnel from the Common Service Centre (CSC) across Bih. The step comes in view of technical difficulties in uploading reports to the departmental portal, which could otherwise delay the work.
As per the directive, four CSC computer operators will be deployed at each camp to collect applications, register them, and upload them online. For coordination, a nodal officer from CSC has been assigned in every district, supported by an assistant.

From September 21, special camps will be held at all circle (anchal) and halka offices to ensure on-the-spot disposal of applications. Each camp will have 10 tables, where Circle Officers, Revenue Officers, Halka Karamcharis, and Amins will remain present to complete tasks in one place.
Currently, Jamabandi Panjis (land record registers) are being distributed across circles. Errors flagged by raiyats (tenants/landholders) during this process will be corrected in the camps. Support from Anganwadi Sevikas, Vikas Mitras, and Nyay Mitras is also being used for distribution work.
