Happy Forgings Limited's initial public offering (IPO) has opened for subscription today and will remain open till 21st December 2023 i.e. Thursday. Forgings manufacturer 'Happy Forgings' has set an IPO price of ₹808 to ₹850 per equity share. The company aims to raise Rs 1,008.59 crore from its initial offering. The Public Issue is Proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.

Meanwhile, The shares of Happy Forkings Limited are available for trading in the unlisted market. As per stock market observers, shares of Happy Forkings are trading at a premium of ₹411 in the grey market today.

As of 10:27 am on the first day of the bidding, The NII portion of the public issue was subscribed 0.11 times. the public issue was subscribed 0.10 times while its retail portion was subscribed 0.16 times.

The Heavy forgings maker 'Happy Forgings' has set an IPO price band of ₹808 to ₹850 per equity share. A bidder can apply for a maximum lot size and one lot in an IPO consists of 17 company shares.

Happy Forkings IPO Date and issue size

The public offer has started today and will be open till 21 December 2023 i.e. Thursday this week. The company aims to raise ₹1,008.59 crore from this public offering, of which ₹400 crore is targeted through issuance of new shares. The remaining ₹608.59 crore is earmarked for OFS (Offer for Sale).

Happy Forkings IPO Allotment Date and Listing Date

Given the T+3 listing rule, the date for the allotment of shares is December 22, 2023. The IPO is a Proposed public offering for listing on BSE and NSE. The probable date for stock listing is December 27, 2023.
