Minerals mining Giant Vedanta announced the second interim dividend. The Anil Agarwal-led company is going to give a dividend of Rs 11 on each share to its investors. Meanwhile, Vedanta shares closed at Rs 260.60 with a rise of 1.34 per cent.

Record date for Vedanta dividend

As per the announcement made by Vedanta, the company would give a dividend of 1100 per cent on a share with a face value of Re 1 will to eligible investors. That means lucky investors will get a profit of Rs 11 on each share they are holding. The company has fixed December 27, 2023, as the record date for the second interim dividend. The company's record book will be scrutinized on the same day.

Earlier, In the same financial year, in May, the company had given a dividend of Rs 18.50 on each share to the investors. In April, eligible investors got a dividend of Rs 20.50 on one share.
