India are already 2-1 up, having defeated the Aussies by 48 runs in the previous match in Queensland. India have a chance to win their seventh T20I series against Australia. The visitors produced a remarkable bowling effort to bowl Australia out for 119 runs in 18.2 overs while defending their 167-run total.

Spinners made it a massive struggle for batters, with Axar Patel producing an impressive effort. He dismissed Matthew Short (25) and Josh Inglis (12) and was adjudged as the Player of the Match.
