India vs Australia ODI: After getting out early during the first ODI on his return to international Cricket in Perth, former India captain Rohit Sharma displayed promise with a gutsy knock in the second match of the series. Notably, Rohit smashed 7 boundaries and 2 sixes to score an 'uncharacteristic' 97-ball 73 to savour India's innings in the middle-overs along with Shreyas Iyer.
In a bid to accelerate, Rohit got out to Mitchell Starc in an attempt to pull the over deep fine-leg as Josh Hazlewood took a good catch. Rohit received tremendous applause for his knock as he walked off to the dressing room.
