India vs Australia Final, ICC Under 19 World Cup 2024: India will be up against Australia in the final of the ICC Under 19 World Cup 2024 at Willowmoore Park in Benoni on Sunday, February 11.
While India will be aiming for their sixth U19 WC title, skipper Uday Sahaan reacted to the talks regarding the possible revenge of the senior team's defeat as he said that his side will only focus on its own game.
"I am not thinking anything like that," Saharan was quoted by PTI as saying.
"We are focusing on our game and we have to give our best. We are playing according to the match conditions. Every match is important because it is the World Cup and all the teams are good."

Notably, the India vs Australia final is a repeat of the ODI World Cup 2023 final that took place between both teams in Ahmedabad in November last year.
Australia defeated India by six wickets to lift their record sixth title as the Rohit Sharma-led side finished as runners-up despite being undefeated throughout the tournament.
India are the defending champions in the ongoing tournament, having lifted the trophy in the 2022 edition under the captaincy of Yash Dhull.
"It is a dream for all of us to win this tournament. Everyone gets only one Under-19 World Cup and we want to repeat the history. We also want to register our names in history. We are focused on giving our best," Saharan said.
"I would like to tell the countrymen to continue supporting us like this. We promise to give everything to bring the Cup back."
India have remained undefeated in the tournament till now, having clinched three 200-plus run margin wins and made it to yet another final by defeating South Africa in the semi-final by two wickets.
"The secret to our team's good performance is team bonding. The atmosphere in the dressing room is very friendly. Everyone trusts each other and is ready to help each other. That is why the performance graph has been consistently good," said Saharan.
