IND vs WI 2nd Test: India's star fast bowler Mohammed Siraj was seen getting a king-like treatment in India's dressing room after a six-over spell against the West Indies on the 4th day of the ongoing Test match. The temperature might have dropped in Delhi over the last few days, but the humidity has been unbearable.

The decision to enforce a follow-on might not have worked in their favor, even though they had bowled in 81.5 overs in the 2nd innings. They had skittled the visitors out for 248 runs and thought that the surface would behave similarly, but ot got slower and helped the batters score runs freely.

Sira had bowled in nine overs during the first innings and got doubled in the second innings, and due to exhaustion, he was seen falling flat on a chair in the dressing room. The team's physio was seen wrapping a towel and putting an ice pack on his head, and the team's physio then gave him a foot massage.

What we see right now is the fast bowlers being treated like kings after a hard spell. It’s the same case everywhere, by the way. I just need to let viewers know that it’s not just on the ground, off the field, but also in the com box. We’ve got to be careful when you do that with Bish (Ian Bishop, who was with him in the commentary box), though. The eyes straight on the head to calm him down at times. For Bish and for Siraj," Dinesh Karthik was heard as saying on air.

Siraj is known for bowling his heart out. In the Test series against England, he was the only fast bowler from both teams to bowl in each innings. Questions were raised about his workload management, but Siraj outperformed in the 2-2 series draw, where he also took a five-for during the fifth Test.

“Shubman Gill asked me, ‘Kaisi hai teri body?’ (How is your body?). “I said, ‘Ekdum first-class’. He asked me if I would play. I said yes. He said, ‘You are the main bowler for us, like Jasprit Bumrah, you decide. “I said I am available and am 100 per cent fit. I will give it everything. As for my body being tired, to be honest, I would have played one more Test if it were there. I did not feel tired," Siraj was quoted as saying to the Indian Express.
