Thiruvananthapuram | Jagran Sports Desk: West Indies beat India by eight wickets in the second T20 International to level the three-match series 1-1 here on Sunday.
Batting first, India scored 170 for 7 with Shivam Dube hitting 54 off 30 balls and Rishabh Pant contributing an unbeaten 33 off 22 as West Indies seamer Kesrick Williams and leg-spinner Hayden Walsh got two wickets apiece.
Here are the highlights of the second T20I from Greenfield International Stadium:
22:22 pm: Six again from Pooran, the Windies now need 3 to win.
22:20 pm: Another four, the Windies are slowly closing in towards victory.
22:18 pm: In the last three overs, the Windies need 17 to win.

20:45 pm: Shivam Dube: It was the plan from the team (batting at 3), they backed me, there was some pressure on me, but happy that it came off well. We knew the spinners would bowl and I would bat at that time. Power is the strength of mine, I just need to play the proper shots. It was difficult at the start, the ball wasn't coming on, I decided to time the shots instead of going hard on the ball.

18:35 pm: Virat Kohli: Toss is uncontrollable. It's a nice and hard pitch, I think it should be a pretty good pitch to bat on during the first half. It's not a worry, we haven't defended too many totals in the past. It's a mindset thing, it's all about belief. Every game counts, we'll try to do things that we have not done in the past. That's the biggest revelation for me - if you never give up, things can change. It's the same team we are playing with.
18:31 pm: Kieron Pollard: We are gonna bowl first. If you look at it, we want to come out and have a feel of it. We need to restrict them to a low total. We can't be critical on the batsmen, everytime you score 200, you win a game. Hopefully we come out and do things right today. We have some plans for the batsmen, we need to keep them from scoring. We need to execute our yorkers, we have been practising. Pressure is playing in front of thousands. One change, Pooran is back, Ramdin misses out.
