IND-W vs AUS-W Women's World Cup 2025 Semifinal: India's star batter Jemimah Rodrigues maintained her fine form as she achieved another milestone. After their historic win against the Alyssa Healy-led side in the semifinal, she had also won the Best Fielder medal on the back of her brilliant performance. In the first innings, she was brilliant on the field.

She took a stunning catch and executed a run-out, and also tried to stop the free flow of runs. Her energy on the field lifted the team's mood and set the base for their brilliant win.

But she really shone brightly with the bat. While chasing a mammoth target of 339 runs, she had put up one of the best knocks of her career as she had scored a brilliant knock of 126 runs, helping the team win the match. This was her third ton of her career and her first in the mega event, where she performed brilliantly under pressure. She timed her shots brilliantly when the asking rate went up.

Along with captain Harmanpreet Kaur, who scored a brilliant knock of 89 runs off 88 balls, where she had hit 10 fours and two sixes, Jemimah had stitched a match-winning partnership of 167 runs for the third wicket. This partnership turned the tide in India's favor.

The host chased the target easily as they were 341/5 in 48.3 overs while chasing 338. This ended Australia's 15-match winning streak and helped the Women in Blue reach the summit clash, where they will lock horns with South Africa.
