IND-W vs SA-W Women's World Cup 2025 Final: India's star batter Harleen Deol left the Women in Blue in splits after she had asked PM Narendra Modi about his skincare in the official meeting with the PM and the whole team. What began as a formal conversation about their win quickly turned funny.

In this conversation, PM Modi had heaped praises on Harleen for her ability to keep the team's environment light. While answering his questions, Harleen decided to change the tone of this interview. The whole team expected that she would ask a serious question, but she left everyone laughing in the room.

“Sir, your skin is always glowing. Can you please tell me what your skincare routine is?” Harleen was heard as saying.

Her question left everyone, including PM Modi, laughing, and to this he replied, “I do not think about all that.”

And then someone from the team also said, “Sir, it’s the love of the millions of this country!”

Amol Muzumdar, who is the head coach of the Indian women's team, too joked with the PM and said, “As you can see, sir, these are the personalities I have to deal with. Which has now made my hair go white.”

Muzumdar also talked about an incident that happened in the series against England. He revealed that when they were given a chance to get clicked with King Charles, as per the rules, just 20 people were allowed in the frame. This meant that the whole team failed to pose together.

As per Muzumdar, the coach then realised that they won't mind not getting clicked as they were saving this moment, that when they win the ODI World Cup, they could instead meet PM Modi.

Smriti Mandhana then talked about their approach for this mega event, which was to bring a revolution in women's sports in this country. She also said that their goal wasn't just to lift the title but also to inspire the youngsters. PM Modi, who had met the team after their win, shared this thought with them.

This win has redefined Indian women's cricket. The Harmanpreet Kaur-led side did fight through a lot of setbacks to beat South Africa in the summit clash, which helped them to win their first ODI World Cup.
