The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has earmarked 1,769 hectares of land for infrastructure development in Dwarka Sector-19 and nearby villages. Under the first phase, a survey will be conducted to assess existing infrastructure, following which a comprehensive network of roads and drainage will be laid out.

A senior official said that while some work is already underway, the priority is to build a proper road and drainage system in the identified plots. A tender has been issued for the project, which is expected to be completed within six months for Rs 3.2 crore. The scheme also includes the construction of drains, guest houses, and the preparation of a project completion report within the same deadline.
