Jasir Bilal Wani, alias Danish, a resident of Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, was presented before the Patiala House Court on Tuesday in connection with the terror attack near Delhi's Red Fort. Acting on the National Investigation Agency's (NIA) request, the court has remanded the accused, Jasir, to 10 days of custody.
Jasir Bilal is reported to be an associate of the terrorist Umar. Securing his remand will enable the investigation agency to uncover the conspiracy behind the explosion. With Jasir's arrest, the investigation into the blast has now established a clear link to Kashmir.

It is worth noting that a car bomb explosion occurred outside the Red Fort Metro Station around 7:00 PM on Monday, November 10. So far, 15 people have lost their lives in this terror attack, while more than 30 others were injured. Investigative agencies have gathered substantial evidence in the case. Several suspects have been arrested in the course of the investigation, and Jasir is one of them.
