The board has released the BSEB Class 12th official answer keys for the MCQ-based questions on March 2, 2024.

The BSEB recently cautioned students and parents regarding misleading claims concerning the Class 12 board exams. It emphasised that certain anti-social elements, masquerading as board representatives, are demanding money via phone calls, promising higher marks in Matric and Inter exams. 

The board reassured that BSEB exams employ barcoded answer sheets, ensuring their confidentiality remains intact. Consequently, altering the marks on these answer sheets is impossible. The BSEB urged students and parents to report any such instances to the appropriate authorities.

Once released, students will be able to check the BSEB Class 12th result at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in

This year, the intermediate exam saw a total of 13,04,352 students appearing, with 6,26,431 being girls and 6,77,921 being boys. The exams took place in 1,523 exam centers throughout the state.

According to media reports, BSEB is expected to announce the Bihar Board Class 12 results by the end of March. However, the official date and time regarding the BSEB inter result are yet to be confirmed by the board.

To obtain a passing certificate from the Bihar Board, students must achieve a minimum of 33 per cent overall. They need to secure at least 30 per cent of the total marks in each theory subject. Moreover, a minimum of 40 per cent is required in practical exams.

Annually, the BSEB conducts a press conference where they announce the names of intermediate examination toppers and result data, including pass percentage, gender-wise results, and stream-wise results.
