On March 15, the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) conducted the Teacher Recruitment Exam (TRE 3.0) for Primary and Middle School Teachers through offline mode. The Commission encountered substantial protests from candidates due to alleged paper leak allegations associated with TRE 3.0.
The exam cancellation decision was made following a report of a paper leak. The Economic Offences Unit (EOU) initiated an investigation into the matter. Approximately 270 aspiring teachers were apprehended from Hazaribagh in Jharkhand in connection with the alleged paper leak of the Bihar Public Service Commission's Teacher Recruitment Exam 2024.

"On the day of the examination, March 15, candidates were supposed to leave at around 3 am for their respective exam centres.
