CBSE Board Exams 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced a live webcast tomorrow, February 16 outlining the processes for examination and assessment to ensure a smooth conduct of the Class 10 and 12 board exams. The purpose of the initiative is to provide every stakeholder engaged in the examination process with important information.
The live webinar is scheduled for February 16, 2024, at 2 pm. The duration of the webinar will be approximately 1.5 hours. The webinar will provide complete guidelines to centre superintendents, deputy centre superintendents, assistant superintendents, city coordinators, observers, and other relevant functionaries.
"The live webcast will begin with the keynote address of Mrs. Nidhi Chhibber, Chairperson, CBSE. I am sure that one hour spent by all of us will get us in examination mode, and we will be fully prepared for the successful conduct of the examination. This will also eliminate all future complications and with your help Board will be able to conduct examinations successfully," reads the notification.
Under the principal's guidance, schools are instructed to enable the webcast's live broadcasting. Instructors teaching Classes IX to XII, as well as other staff members involved in evaluation and testing procedures, are also asked to pay attention and understand important directives that relate to their positions.
According to the notification, attendance at this webinar is mandatory for all schools participating in the CBSE Board Exams 2024. Failure to participate may affect the ability to fulfill examination duties effectively.

Those who have any questions about the instructions for Center Superintendents or anything else relevant, send an email to query.exam2024@cbseshiksha.in. These questions will be answered either during the webcast in real-time or afterward as Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that are sent to every examination location.
Moreover, every school needs to upload particular data to the ASAR app, which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. This data includes the total number of attendees during the webcast as well as a geotagged photo of each participant.
