CISCE 2024: The Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has rescheduled the Class 12 Psychology exam from Wednesday to April 4th after one of the examination centres misplaced question papers, the board announced on Tuesday.

This is the second time in a month that the board has postponed a class 12 or India School Certificate (ISC) exam. On February 26, the board cancelled class 12 Chemistry due to "unanticipated circumstances".

In an announcement issued a day before the exam, the board announced that one of the ISC year 2024 examination centres stated that the question from the paper packet for the forthcoming ISC year 2024, Psychology examination was "lost".

The remaining tests will take place as planned, according to the institution. The ISC exams began on February 12 and will continue until April 4. There are around 2700 CISCE-affiliated schools in India and internationally.

“In view of the above fact, the ISC year 2024 Psychology examination, scheduled for Wednesday, 27th March, 2024, has been postponed. This examination has been rescheduled for Thursday 4th April 2024, 2 pm,” the board said.

“A fresh set of question papers to be used for the ISC year 2024 Psychology examination, scheduled for Thursday April 4, 2024, will be sent to the conveners of your schools, shortly,” the board added.
