DU UG Admission 2024: The Delhi University (DU) will announce the seat allocation results for the second round of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for UG 2024 admissions today, August 25, at 5 pm. Candidates who took part in round 2 of the DU UG admission process through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2024 can check their allocated seats at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
According to the schedule, candidates who have been allotted seats must accept their seats between August 25 and August 27. Colleges will approve the admissions by August 29, 2024. The deadline for students to submit the admission fee for the second round will be August 30, 2024.
Following the first round of the admission process, approximately 91.98 per cent of seats at Delhi University have been filled. Of the 83,678 candidates who accepted their allocated seats, 65,483 have confirmed their admission. In the first round, Delhi University offered 97,387 seats to applicants. The university is conducting admissions for 71,600 undergraduate seats (excluding supernumerary seats) across 69 colleges and departments, offering 1,559 program-college combinations for selection.
On August 16, 2024, the university initiated the seat allocation acceptance process, offering 97,387 seats in the first round. By August 21, 2024, around 43,515 candidates chose to upgrade their college or course preference, while 18,478 decided to freeze their admission status.

In Phase I of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS(UG)), approximately 2,45,287 individuals submitted applications, and 1,85,543 of them completed Phase II by selecting their preferred program-college pairings. The university received a total of 1,72,18,187 preferences from these candidates.
This year, the candidates' dashboard at Delhi University has been updated with a new feature that provides access to information on cutoffs and ranks influencing seat allocation based on category and quota. The dashboard will display the cutoff score for all applied programs, along with the common rank, cutoff rank, and CUET score for specific programs.
