NEET PG Counselling 2024 Schedule:  The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to announce the NEET PG 2024 counselling schedule shortly. Once released, candidates can view the NEET PG counselling 2024 dates at mcc.nic.in.

Candidates who have scored a minimum of 50th percentile in the exam will be eligible for counselling, while those from SC, ST, and OBC categories need to score at least 40th percentile to qualify. MCC conducts NEET PG counselling for 50 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats and 100 per cent seats in Deemed and Central Universities, AFMS (for registration only), and PG DNB seats for admissions to MD, MS, Diploma, PG DNB, and MDS courses.

The admission process is expected to include three rounds, followed by an online stray vacancy mop-up round. When choosing a course and college for NEET PG seat allocation, applicants should consider their preferences and eligibility criteria. During the counselling process, medical graduates will have the opportunity to secure seats in various disciplines, including 26,168 seats for Doctor of Medicine (MD), 13,649 seats for Master of Surgery (MS), 922 seats for Postgraduate Diploma, and 1,338 seats for the Diplomate of National Board – Centralised Entrance Test (DNB CET).

General category candidates are required to pay Rs 1,000, while SC and ST applicants must pay Rs 500 for admission to AIQ or Central Universities. For admission to a deemed university, the fee will be Rs 5,000.

NEET PG Counselling 2024: Here's How To Register

Step 1: Go to the official website-- mcc.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the link ‘NEET PG Counselling Registration' on the homepage

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen and candidates will have to register themselves

Step 4: Fill out the application form and pay the required fee
