RRC ER Apprentice Recruitment 2024: The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Eastern Railway (ER) has released its recruitment notification for 3,115 Apprentice positions. The RRC ER Apprentice Vacancy 2024 will start on September 24 and conclude on October 23, 2024. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online at rrcer.org.
The recruitment drive seeks to fill multiple apprentice positions across the Eastern Railway zones, with a monthly stipend of approximately Rs 10,000.
RRC ER Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 10 or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks from a recognised board to be eligible for the post. Moreover, they must hold a National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
Age limit: Candidates must be at least 15 years old but should not exceed 24 years of age.

RRC ER Apprentice Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The selection of candidates for training slots in an Eastern Railway unit will be based on a merit list prepared for all eligible applicants. The merit list will be created using the information provided by candidates in their online application forms.
The merit list will be drawn by averaging the percentage of marks obtained in both the matriculation exam (with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate marks) and the ITI examination, with equal weightage given to both.
