NEET UG 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has introduced key updates to simplify and secure the registration and examination process for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2025. To boost transparency and efficiency, the NTA will implement the Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) ID for NEET UG 2025.

According to the official notice, candidates must use their APAAR ID along with Aadhaar-based authentication during the application and examination stages. The NTA has also advised candidates to ensure their Aadhaar details align with the information on their Class 10 mark sheet or passing certificate for a seamless process.

“Updated credentials are highly recommended for ease of verification, registration process and to enhance the integrity of the examination process. The NEET (UG)-2025 registration process shall be starting in due course of time. Candidates are advised to update their credentials in Aadhar, preferably as per their 10 Marksheet/Passing Certificate. Also, ensure your Aadhaar is linked with a valid mobile number for OTP-based authentication," reads the notification.
