Rajasthan University  UG Admission Process Extended Window:  Rajasthan University has announced a crucial extension for its undergraduate (UG) admission process for the 2025-26 academic session. The last date for document verification and fee submission under the first admission list has been pushed back, offering a significant relief to numerous aspiring students. Previously set for June 26, this vital deadline has now been extended by a day, allowing candidates to complete their formalities until June 27, 2025. This adjustment, confirmed by Professor Ram Avtar Sharma, convener of the Central Admission Committee, aims to provide students with additional time to ensure all necessary steps are completed without undue pressure.

This extension underscores the university's commitment to facilitating a seamless and student-friendly admission experience. By providing an extra day, Rajasthan University is ensuring that all eligible candidates have ample opportunity to finalize their admission, particularly those who might have faced last-minute challenges in gathering documents or remitting fees. This flexibility is a welcome move for students navigating the complexities of university admissions.

Ripple Effect: Second Admission List Shifted:

As a direct consequence of extending the deadline for the first admission list, the release of the second admission list for all colleges affiliated with Rajasthan University has also been adjusted. Professor Sharma confirmed that this list, which was initially scheduled for release on June 27, will now be published a day later, on June 28, 2025. This synchronized change is meticulously planned to maintain the integrity and fairness of the overall admission timeline, ensuring that students have adequate time to respond to each phase of the process.

The university administration has emphasized that these changes are primarily implemented for the convenience of the students. This provides an extended window not only for those on the first list but also sets a clear expectation for candidates awaiting the second list. Furthermore, Professor Sharma clarified that candidates whose postgraduate (PG) entrance examination results (for relevant subjects or faculties) are yet to be declared will be given a full opportunity to apply after their results are released, ensuring no deserving candidate is excluded. The university appeals to all candidates to adhere strictly to these new deadlines to facilitate a transparent and smooth admission process.
