UPSC CSE Prelims Result 2025: The much awaited result of the Civil Services (CSE) Prelims Examination 2025 their official website is likely to be announced today in the evening. The students and their parents are eagerly waiting for the results to be released soon. The students are required to enter their login details such as roll number, registration number and date of birth to access their results.
UPSC Prelims Result 2025: Minimum Qualifying Marks & Exam Status
In an official notification published by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), the main examination for the UPSC Civil Services (CSE) Prelims 2025 is scheduled to take place on August 22, 2025 in pen and paper format. The minimum qualifying criteria is 33% in CSAT that student have to attain to meet the cutoff set by the Commission for General Studies Paper I to qualify for the mains examination.
The examination will have two different objective-type papers (MCQs) that will carry maximum of 200 marks.The Union Public Service Commission conducted the CSE Prelims Examination 2025 on May 25, 2025. Every year, around 10 lakh candidates appear for the UPSC CSE prelims examination. This three-stage examination was conducted by the Comission has been ranked third in the list of the world’s toughest exams.
How to check UPSC CSE Prelims Result 2025 when OUT?
Step: 1: The students have to visit the official website of the UPSC at upsc.gov.in to check their scorecards once released.
Step: 2: There will be a link to download the UPSC CSE Prelims Results 2025 that will be available on the homepage.
Step: 3: A new window will be open where they have to enter their login credentials to log in and submit.
Step: 4: Submit to proceed and your UPSC CSE Prelims result 2025 will be displayed on the screen.
Step: 5: Do not forget to download and always keep a printout of the same for future reference .
How many attempts students can give for UPSC CSE Prelims Result 2025?
The students are allowed to take the UPSC Civil Services (CSE) Prelims Examination 2025. The attempts may differ from category to category. Check number of attempts below:
