UPSC NDA 2 and CDS 2 Result 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the results for the National Defence Academy (NDA) 2 and Combined Defence Service (CDS) 2 exams on September 20. Applicants who took the tests can check their UPSC NDA 2 and CDS 2 results 2024 on the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in.

The commission has made the eligible applicants' roll numbers available in PDF format. A total of 8,796 individuals have qualified for interviews with the Ministry of Defence's Service Selection Board for courses beginning in 2025, including the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, and Officers Training Academy (both men's and women's programs).

“Candidates are requested to register themselves online on the Indian Army Recruiting website joinindianarmy.nic.within two weeks of the announcement of the written result. The successful candidates would then be allotted Selection Centres and dates, of SSB interview which shall be communicated on registered e-mail ID,” the NDA official notification read.

According to the official notice, applicants' mark sheets for UPSC NDA 2 and CDS 2 2024 tests will be accessible on the commission's website within 15 days of the final result being announced and will stay available for 30 days. The UPSC recruitment drive aims to fill 404 NDA jobs and 459 CDS posts.

UPSC NDA 2, CDS 2 Result 2024: Schedule

During the UPSC SSB interview, aspirants must provide a valid photo ID, an age certificate, and academic credentials. The detailed timetable is as follows:

Day 1

Screening Test

OIR Test: Verbal and non-verbal reasoning.

PPDT: Story writing from a blurry picture, followed by group discussion.

Day 2

Psychological Tests

TAT: Stories based on 12 pictures.

WAT: Write first thoughts on 60 words.

SRT: Responses to 60 situations.

SD: Five paragraphs about personal background.

Day 3

GTO Tasks

GD: Discussion on two relevant topics.

GPE: Collaborative planning on a scenario.

PGT: Group obstacle course.

GOR: Collective navigation of obstacles.

HGT: Smaller group obstacle task.

Lecturette: Brief talk on a topic.

Day 4

GTO Tasks Continued

Individual Obstacles: Navigate 10 obstacles alone.

Command Task: Lead a group through challenges.

Final Group Task: Group obstacle challenge.

Day 5

Conference

Panel interviews assessing experiences and aspirations.

Final results announced, followed by medical exams for selected candidates.
