In a massive gaffe, Bollywood actress and BJP’s Mandi Lok Sabha candidate Kangana Ranaut on Saturday mistook her own party leader Tejasvi Surya for RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav in a bid to attack the latter over ‘hooliganism’ and ‘eating fish’. Addressing a rally in Mandi, Kangana, while taking a dig at former Bihar deputy CM, addressed him as Tejasvi Surya and rebuked him for flaunting and eating a fish.

Notably, the RJD leader was in the middle of a row after he posted a picture with Mukesh Sahni, where the duo was seen munching fish meal on board a helicopter during their poll campaign. Several leaders claimed the two leaders were hurting the sentiments of the Hindu community as they were consuming fish during Navratri season.

The actor-turned-politician made the faux pas while attacking the Opposition leaders, including Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav. "There's a party of spoilt princes", whether it's Rahul Gandhi who wants to grow potatoes on the Moon, or it's Tejasvi Surya who does hooliganism and eats fish...or it's Akhilesh Yadav who does weird talks," she could be heard saying.

"Those who do not understand the language of this country and those who understand its culture, how can they run this country," she added.

As the video went viral, the RJD leader also reacted by asking who the lady was.
