After the Bollywood trio- Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan recently shared the stage at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding, fans are eagerly waiting to see a collaboration among the three Khans. Aamir, who has the same desire as his fans to work with his colleagues in a film, recently spilled beans about their plan and revealed that they are looking forward to it.

Aamir Khan during his presence at the Red Sea Film Festival in Saudi Arabia, where he received a special honour for his contribution to Indian cinema, shared that three of them are waiting for right kind of script. He said, “About six months back, Shah Rukh, Salman and I were together and we did speak about this. I was the person who brought this up and told Shah Rukh and Salman that it would be really sad if the three of us didn’t do a film together. I think Salman and Shah Rukh were equally in agreement and were, ‘Yes, we must do a film together. The three of us’. Hopefully, it will happen soon. It will need the right kind of story. So, we’ll have to wait for the right script. We are all looking forward to it."

This statement of Aamir left fans excited and like the iconic trio, they are also waiting to see them together on the big screen soon.

Earlier this year, Aamir talked about the same on The Great Indian Kapil Show. He stated, “I recently met both Shah Rukh and Salman when both of them were together. I told them that we are working in the film industry for so many years, we need to do a movie together. It will be unfair to the audiences if we do not collaborate during our film careers. At least we should share screen space in one film."
