Ace Trailer: Vijay Sethupathi is back to enthral audiences with his performance in the upcoming Tamil action movie Ace. Set against the backdrop of Malaysia, Arumugakumar's directorial promises to bring themes of crime, comedy, drama and romance with a fresh storyline. The makers of the mystery thriller unveiled the trailer, which has created waves on social media after viewers saw Vijay's never-before-seen role as Bold Kannan.

Ace Trailer Unveiled

The trailer begins with Vijay Sethupathi's character arriving in Malaysia after erasing all his identities. He calls himself 'Bold' Kannan, and gives different meanings for his name. The clip also shows glimpses of Yogi Babu and Rukmini Vasanth's characters. Vijay is seen on a secret mission, which seems to be linked to a heist or gambling. The trailer shows his action-packed moments with blend of humour. At the end, he is seen holding a sketch, Yogi Babu says that it looks like Sivakarthikeyan. The trailer has left fans intrigued about the storyline and Vijay's mission in the movie.

Ahead of the film's release, actor Sivakarthikeyan unveiled the film's trailer on his X handle. His post read, "Happy to release the trailer of dear @VijaySethuOffl’s #ACE. Wishing the entire team great success The ending was a sweet surprise for me."

Ace Movie Cast And Crew

The film has been helmed by Arumugakumar, Tamil movie stars Vijay Sethupathi, Rukmini Vasanth, Yogi Babu, Babloo Prithveeraj, BS Avinash, Muthu Kumar, Raj Kumar and many others. Ace centres around Bold Kannan's transformation from his past to present as he becomes entangled in a world of high-stakes gambling and deceit. The trailer has built expectations for a fun, adventurous and thrilling ride. The movie is backed by Arumugakumar himself under the banner of 7Cs Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The cinematography of Ace is done by Karan B Rawat, while the music is composed by Justin Prabhakaran and the original background score is crafted by Sam CS. The movie is slated to release in the theatres on May 23, 2025.

Ace OTT Release

After its theatrical run, Vijay Sethupathi starrer Ace will stream on the OTT giant Amazon Prime Video, as is evident in the end credits of the film's trailer.
