JE Entertainment Desk: Prabhas's magnum opus and much-awaited film 'Adipurush' directed by Om Raut was released on June 16 where the film opened up to bumper numbers and full house theaters, where the second day of the box office also minted positive numbers keeping the fort strong for the makers as the film collected Rs 33 Crore net in India.

The two-day collection of the film stands around Rs 67 crores minting a very healthy number where the film is still trending amidst criticism for its cringe dialogues and poor VFX, however, it is touted that the film will have a positive first weekend.

The film collected around Rs 15.65 crores in the top 3 national chains on its second day. The film is touted to cross the Rs 100 crore mark in 3 days for the Hindi version where the film is minting lesser numbers from the South.

'Adipurush' has also been subjected to several external factors, where for the time being, the Hindi collections are doing good in the market. 'Adipurush' is touted to be Prabha's fourth film to enter Rs 100 crores in Hindi after 'Baahubali', 'Baahubali 2', and 'Saaho.' His upcoming film 'Salaar' is also expected to cross the Rs 100 crore mark in Hindi.

'Adipurush' aims to collect around Rs 275 crore at the box office worldwide in its first weekend. The numbers look massive but the film's trend might help the makers to retrieve their Rs 500 crore budget mark.
