JE Entertainment Desk: Adipurush stands to be one of the biggest and most-anticipated films in 2023, where the Prabhas starrer already created tons of buzz ahead of its release. As today the film is finally in the theaters, a lot has been going around the nation, where the film is minting money and news every minute.

Prabhas led 'Adipurush' is a modern-age adaptation of Valmiki's 'Ramayana' where Prabhas is essaying the role of Raghav aka Lord Ram, Kriti Sanon as Janaki Sita, Sunny Singh as Laxman, Saif Ali Khan as Raavan, and Devdutta Nage as Bajrang Hanuman.

Amidst all the buzz, postponements, and controversies over the following year, the film is finally out for the viewers, where the first day of the release of the show brewed news across the nation. Let's take a look at some of the highlights of the first-day release.

Early morning show starting from 4 AM

In the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, special order has been circulated to start early morning shows of the film from 4 AM, looking at the anticipation and buzz of the film, where fans went gaga over watching Prabhas on the big screen where the early morning shows were completely booked.

Man attacked for sitting in Hanuman's chair

In respect of Lord Hanuman, the front-row side seats in theaters are specifically booked for the deity. Several cinema houses have also inserted a picture of Lord Hanuman, where in Hyderabad a man allegedly attacked another moviegoer where he sat in the 'Hanuman's seat.'

Adipurush leaked online

Looking at the early morning shows, it was evident that Adipurush will be leaked online, where the full HD quality pirated video was leaked online after its theatrical release where the film is reportedly available on torrent websites.

Nepal release of Adipurush is still a question

The Neal release of Prabhas-led film is still brewing controversy where Kathmandu's Mayor Balen Shah has imposed a ban on all Hindi films over a dialogue in the film where Sita is stated to be the daughter of India. However, it is not true as people believe that Goddess Sita hailed from Nepal.

Reserved seats for Hanuman decorated in theaters

Several visuals are making rounds on the internet where the special Hanuman seat has been decorated with flowers and paintings-posters of Lord Hanuman, welcoming him with all respect

Monkey's interruption during 'Adipurush' screening

A monkey was spotted watching the film during the screening of the Prabhas starrer, where fans started chanting 'Hanuman' and 'Jai Sri Ram' inside the theaters.

Man thrashed for comparing film's VFX with PlayStation

A moviegoer was seen giving bad reviews to a media portal outside a theater where he then compared the poor VFX of the film with the VFX used in PlayStations. Soon, several fans of the film entered into a physical brawl with the man and started abusing him and thrashing him in front of the media. The incident took place in front of the IMAX theater.

Crackers bursting ahead of the film's release

Ahead of the film's release, around 2 AM large groups of youngsters were spotted with Kesari flags and were seen bursting firecrackers welcoming the film to the theaters in Hyderabad.

'Adipurush' is expected to break the massive opening record and the total collection of SS Rajamouli's 'RRR' where the film's bookings minted around Rs 3 Crore in a week. 'Adipurush' is directed by Om Raut and is produced by Bhushan Kumar's T-Series.
