Gaurav Khanna has been making headlines lately, not just for his role as Anuj Kapadia in Anupamaa but also for his participation in Celebrity MasterChef. The actor has impressed fans with his cooking skills, transforming from a contestant receiving criticism to one of the strongest competitors on the show. Reports suggest that the grand finale of Celebrity MasterChef has already been filmed, with Gaurav emerging as the winner. While the official results are yet to be confirmed, speculation is high, with Nikki Tamboli and Tejasswi Prakash reportedly securing the second and third spots, respectively.
Producer Rajan Shahi, who is behind the hit show Anupamaa, recently spoke about Gaurav Khanna in an interview. At a grand Iftaar party, Shahi addressed questions regarding Gaurav’s return to the show as Anuj Kapadia. He shared that Gaurav's makeup setup is untouched, hinting at a possible comeback.

The producer further shared that Gaurav is currently on a spiritual trip with his family and continues to stay in touch. When asked about the results of the Celebrity MasterChef, Shahi seemed ready to say something but stopped himself to check if the final episode had aired yet. His reluctance to reveal details has only fueled speculations about Gaurav’s win.
Shahi didn't confirm Anuj's return but gave fans hope by saying, "Never say never." This means there's no official update on Gaurav Khanna reprising his role, but a comeback is still possible.
