Arya Badai Falls Victim To Cyberbullying: Actress and presenter Arya faced a shift in public perception following her participation in the Bigg Boss show. Arya was a popular face in Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 2. Prior to this, Arya enjoyed widespread popularity with minimal criticism. However, her involvement in Bigg Boss led to an onslaught of cyber attacks directed towards her.
Recently, Arya opened up about the challenges she endured during this period, shedding light on a particular incident involving a disturbing phone call. During an interview with Milestone Makers, Arya recounted the unsettling encounter.
"One evening, around seven o'clock, as the shop was preparing to close, we received a call on the shop's number. My assistant manager, VG, answered the phone assuming it was a customer. The caller identified themselves as a fan of mine and requested my personal number. When VG politely declined, mentioning it was against policy, the caller shifted the conversation to a work-related matter. Initially, the caller conversed in fluent English, displaying courteous manners. We never anticipated the sudden turn the conversation would take. VG assured the caller that they would follow up with me,” she said.

Arya further added, “As I was present in the room, VG put the call on speaker. To our shock, the caller abruptly made lewd remarks about me. It was a stark departure from the polite demeanour they had initially presented. Despite the shocking nature of the comment, we couldn't help but laugh in disbelief.”
This incident serves as a poignant example of the challenges Arya faced post-Bigg Boss, highlighting the need for increased awareness and vigilance regarding cyberbullying.
