‘Can’t Humanly Process…’: Ayesha Khan Calls AI ‘Scary’, Reveals Personal Ordeal With Morphed Photos

Ayesha Khan on Misuse of AI: After Sreeleela and Rashmika Mandanna strongly condemned the misuse of AI to create vulgar and fabricated content targeting them, Ayesha Khan also chimed in to share her take on the matter. The actress shared how she has seen several morphed pictures of herself on social media. Khan also raised the issue about the paparazzi culture and how they capture the celebrities and their slip-ups despite knowing that it’s unethical.

Ayesha Khan recently spoke against AI-generated images and called the practice ‘scary’. Expressing her concern during an interview with Pinkvilla, she said, “The AI thing that has started is very scary. You have made a whole app to sexualise women on the internet. I can’t humanly process this information that this is happening.”

Ayesha further shared a personal example and how she had to make her mother understand that the video is not real. She added, “There was a picture of me and Vijay sir, it was turned into an AI video where we are hugging each other. I had to tell her that this has never happened before.”

Bigg Boss fame Ayesha Khan revealed that she has come across several fabricated pictures of herself that looked almost real. Khan claimed that it is “Sad how most people would not know that it’s AI.”

Highlighting another issue, the paparazzi culture, Ayesha shared how the paps don’t understand the meaning of consent when it should be non-negotiable. She stated, “People don’t understand consent. You can’t do these things without asking. They know it’s wrong. You are capturing someone’s oops moment and even posting that publicly.”
