BLACKPINK Jennie, BIGBANG members, NewJeans and more celebrities made a splash at 2NE1’s iconic Welcome Back reunion concerts in Seoul, showing their love and support for the legendary group. The concerts were a major highlight, as 2NE1 celebrated their 15th debut anniversary with fans and fellow artists from the Kpop industry.

Held over three consecutive days—October 4, 5 and 6—at Seoul’s Olympic Park, the reunion was a star-studded affair. Jennie, who has a close bond with the group, was spotted interacting warmly with the members backstage, further igniting excitement among fans for the group’s upcoming activities.

In addition to Jennie, other Kpop stars who attended the reunion included BIGBANG members G-Dragon, Taeyang and Daesung, NewJeans, WINNER and iKON. The celebrities were seen thoroughly enjoying the performances, singing along to 2NE1’s classic hits like I Am the Best, Fire and Lonely. Jennie’s appearance at the concert comes just ahead of the release of her solo track Mantra, set to drop on October 11. Fans are eagerly awaiting her return to the solo music scene after her successful hit You and Me. Jennie is expected to promote Mantra on various Korean music shows, adding to the excitement surrounding her comeback.

The reunion concerts were not just a nostalgic trip down memory lane for 2NE1 and their fans but also a reminder of the group’s lasting impact on the Kpop industry. Originally formed in 2009 by YG Entertainment, 2NE1’s lineup features CL, Bom, Minzy, and Sandara Park (Dara). The group made their debut with Lollipop, a collaboration with BIGBANG, followed by the hit single Fire. Over the years, they released numerous chart-topping tracks and established themselves as one of the most influential girl groups of their era.
