BLACKPINK member Lisa is one of the most popular Kpop idols in the world and her fame has skyrocketed in 2023. The singer experimented with different things in her career this year and achieved several milestones. After renewing her contract with her agency YG Entertainment, it was reported that Lisa will also start her solo projects. On the special occasion of Christmas, Lisa has given gifts to BLINKs by releasing the cover of Britney Spears' song 'My Only Wish'.
Sharing the cover, Lisa wrote on Instagram, "Christmas present for my BLINKs. Have a wonderful holiday. Our Bling Coo!! Thank you for waiting. Merry Christmas everyone~ My end of year gift to all. Merry Christmas."

Lisa recently grabbed the attention after she attended Celine's event in Thailand as the brand's global ambassador. She attended the event with popular South Korean actor Park Bogum, who is also the brand ambassador of Celine. The 'LaLisa' singer looked drop-dead gorgeous in an animal print co-ord dress and paired it with knee-high boots.
BLACKPINK has officially renewed their contract with YG Entertainment. The statement reads, "We are pleased to announce that our board of directors has successfully come to an agreement on the signing of exclusive group contracts for all four members of BLACKPINK, our talented artists."

“BLACKPINK will continue to do its best to shine more brightly in the world music market as an artist representing K-POP, and we will continue to give their unwavering support and faith in their actions,” the statement added.
It was reported that Lisa was offered around $40 million to renew her contract with YG Entertainment but rejected it. Talking about Lisa's contract renewal, the agency said, "We are still discussing contract renewals with Lisa. The rumours that are going around are nothing that is confirmed."

On the work front, BLACKPINK ended their 'Bornpink World Tour' in Seoul and the concert tour was a huge success. The concert was started in October 2022 and then went on to perform in North America, Europe, and Asia. BLACKPINK also broke the record for the highest-grossing concert by a group in history.
