BLACKPINK Lisa, Jennie, Jisoo and Rose recently reunited for the Kpop group's 8th debut anniversary in Seoul, South Korea for a fan sign event 'OUR AREA' and that's when a hilarious interaction with a BLINK has gone viral on social media. Fans often go the extra mile to express their love and admiration for their idols. But in 2019, during a BLACKPINK fan sign event, one BLINK took it to a whole new level with a playful twist that left both the members and their fans amused for years to come.

At the event, a fan brought a unique and unexpected gift for BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Jennie: a fake marriage license. While fans typically shower the idols with gifts ranging from heartfelt letters to luxury items, this fan decided to craft a whimsical document that “married” the two idols. The marriage license had both Lisa and Jennie’s full names written on it, making it an amusing yet touching gesture that instantly caught the attention of both the idols and everyone present.

When Jennie, who was further down the greeting line, received the marriage license, it already bore Lisa’s autograph. Jennie couldn’t help but laugh as she realized what she had been handed, and she decided to play along, signing her name next to Lisa’s. With both signatures, the “marriage” between the two BLACKPINK members became “official,” complete with a gold registration sticker that added an extra layer of authenticity to the playful prank.

This event brought back fond memories for many fans, including the one who initiated the “marriage” between Lisa and Jennie five years earlier. This time, however, the fan came prepared with more paperwork—but with a twist! Instead of another marriage license, they presented Lisa with a fake divorce certificate, aiming to “end” the “marriage” that had become a beloved inside joke among BLINKs.

But Lisa was having none of it! In a moment that has since gone viral, she burst into laughter when she realized what the fan was attempting. Instead of accepting the “divorce,” Lisa, always the playful and protective member, tore up the certificate right on the spot. Her refusal to divorce Jennie delighted the fans and everyone who witnessed the interaction, further cementing the bond between Lisa and Jennie in the eyes of their fans.
