BTS Jhope returned home on October 17, 2024, after completing his mandatory 18-month military enlistment. While fans expected him to take a well-deserved break, Jin, his older 'hyung,' had other plans. The playful interaction between the two has left ARMYs in stitches.

Jin, who was the first BTS member to complete his military service earlier this year, has been actively encouraging J-Hope to jump right back into work. In a previous live session, Jin had teasingly mentioned, “Hobi will most likely be on RUN JIN. Why? Because I might kidnap him right after his discharge.” True to his word, Jin seems to have ‘kidnapped’ J-Hope in a fun, lighthearted way.

J-Hope took to Weverse, sharing, “Jin… I’m a little flustered today,” hinting at the unexpected push from his hyung. Jin humorously responded, “Are you thinking of not working the day after your discharge like an amateur? No way.” While J-Hope playfully tried to resist, saying, “It’s difficult. Haha,” fans couldn’t help but enjoy the friendly back-and-forth between the two.

The duo’s banter has caused quite a stir in the fandom, with fans urging Jin to let J-Hope rest, but they’re equally excited about seeing them together on RUN JIN. Given both members’ well-known sense of humour, the potential episode promises to be a hilarious experience for viewers.

J-Hope enlisted in the military on April 18, 2023, as an active-duty soldier. His military journey was impressive, earning early promotions and recognition for his leadership and skills in marksmanship and first aid. On his return, Jin was there to welcome him home, and now fans eagerly await what’s next for J-Hope.

Meanwhile, Jin, who completed his service on June 12, 2024, has kept himself busy with guest appearances on variety shows and his weekly show RUN JIN. He’s also preparing for the release of his first solo album, Happy, set to drop on November 15.

ARMYs are excited for what’s to come and can’t wait to see what hilarious moments unfold when Jin and J-Hope finally reunite on screen.
