BTS Jin, aka Kim Seokjin, has purchased a lavish house in Seoul worth 17.5 billion won (USD 12.9 million), that too in cash. It is located at the Hannam The Hill area in the Yongsan District of Seoul. As per reports, the eldest BTS member didn’t take any loans to buy the property. After this, he now has a third home in Hannam The Hill area. Notably, Hannam The Hill area is one of the most expensive areas in Seoul, which has high-end apartment complexes.

As per a report by Allkpop, Jin first bought a 614-square-foot residence worth 1.87 billion won (USD 1.52 million). He sold it and then in 2019, he bought a larger property of 2,508-square-foot in Hannam The Hill area. Jin bought the property worth 4.49 billion won. Jin then purchased another property in November 2019 for 4.27 won.

On the work front, BTS Jin is set to hold his first-ever solo fan concert this month. The tour is set to take place at Goyang Sports Complex Auxiliary Stadium in South Korea’s Ilsanseo-gu on June 28 and 29 at 7 pm. Followed by he has 18 performances in 9 cities, such as in Chiba on July 5 and 6, Japan’s Osaka on July 12 and 13, Anaheim on July 17 and 18, Dallas on July 22 and 23, Tampa July 26 and 27 and Newark on July 30,31 in the United States, London on August 5, 6 in the United Kingdom and Amsterdam on August 9, 10 in the Netherlands.

Jin will be performing songs from his album Echo. Notably, it was his second mini-album. The album has songs such as Don't Say You Love Me, Nothing Without Your Love, Loser (feat. YENA), Rope It, With the Clouds, Background and To Me, Today. He is all set to perform in Happy as well which has songs like Running Wild, I’ll Be There, Another Level, Falling, Heart On The Window and I Will Come Jin To You.
