BTS RM, to celebrate his 30th birthday, has donated 100 million won ($74,600) to the Everyone's Veterans Dream project to support veterans. As reported by Korea JoongAng Daily, the donation was made as part of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs' Uniform Worker Appreciation Campaign, with confirmation from BTS' agency, BigHit Music. This campaign seeks to honour and support uniformed workers, including military personnel, police officers, firefighters, and prison guards. The funds will benefit individuals who have earned or continue to earn national merit, as well as the families of deceased uniformed service members.
BTS RM aka Kim Namjoon said, "I have recently come to feel the dedication of so many people to our country. I hope this contribution can provide some small help to all the heroes who are committed to our nation and to those working for peace.
