BTS Suga on Sunday held his final D-Day concert in Seoul's KSPO Dome. Attended by flocks of people, as after the concert fans were heading back home, an incident took place near one of the subway stations causing havoc in the area. Reportedly, it was caused by Suga's tattoo reveal during his live session conducted on Weverse.
On the final day of the show, Suga took off his jacket and gave his fans a quick glimpse of his '7' friendship tattoo, unveiling the same on the occasion of friendship day. This was the first time the singer showed his tattoo to his fans after getting inked over a year ago. Keeping up with his tradition, Suga held a live session on Weverse after the big show.
Quickly, several fans asked him to reveal his tattoo to which the singer laughed and took off his jacket and revealed that he got hurt on his shoulder and has got inked on the same spot. Many fans were traveling back home from the concert and started screaming inside the metro after seeing his tattoo, which triggered an alarm with people running in chaos and panic.
According to a report in The KBS article, police cited the location around 8:36 PM on Sunday with firefighters arriving at the Sinnonhyeon Station. The officials received around 20 reports describing the chaotic scenes on Seoul Subway Line 9 to the Gimpo Airport.
The police and the firefighters saw passengers running at the station in a bid to get out of the train. In the process many fell on the floor and stairs and the authorities helped them to evacuate the place and start the inspection. However, they did not find any gas leak or weapon holding or act of terror.
It was later revealed that the screams started the panic process with several pictures of bags, food, drinks, shoes, umbrellas and several other objects lying on the floor of the train. Initially, people did complain of the gas leak smell but the authorities refuted such complaints.
