Shah Rukh Khan has given several blockbuster movies in his career but 'Kal Ho Naa Ho' is a real tearjerker. His character Aman taught many life lessons to the audience and became an absolute fan favourite. Director Nikkhil Advani, in an interview with Galatta Plus, revealed that Shah Rukh Khan earlier thought that 'Kal Ho Naa Ho' was rubbish and called 'Devdas' fantastic.

Nikkhil said, "When we were doing Mohabbatein, or was it Kuch Kuch Hota Hai… I think Mohabbatein, Shah Rukh was shooting for Hey Ram. And Shah Rukh has a habit of coming for a meeting where he says that the film he is making with you is rubbish, you should be seeing the other film. In Kal Ho Naa ho, he said Devdas is fantastic, Kal Ho Naa Ho is rubbish. He has that habit."

'Kal Ho Naa Ho' also starred Saif Ali Khan and Preity Zinta in the lead roles.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani's movie 'Dunki' along with Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani and Vicky Kaushal.

He was also seen in 'Pathaan' with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the lead roles. As per reports, the makers are working on 'Pathaan 2' as well and the movie will go on floors by December 2024. According to Pinkvilla, "This is the twist to the YRF Spy Universe timeline - Pathaan 2 will predate Tiger vs Pathaan and will set up the clash of two cinematic legends on the big screen. Shah Rukh Khan as Pathaan is definitely a character that has resonated with the audiences, and there is a constant on-ground demand from the audience to see more of SRK in the spy avatar."
