'Bigg Boss OTT 2' winner Elvish Yadav is currently out on bail amid an ongoing controversy regarding snake venom. The YouTuber found himself in legal trouble when accusations surfaced alleging his involvement in supplying snakes and snake venom for recreational purposes at rave parties. Consequently, Yadav spent over a week behind bars before being granted bail.
Recently, on April 6, the Noida Police filed a comprehensive 1200-page chargesheet against the YouTuber, shedding light on numerous allegations surrounding the case. Furthermore, as per the latest updates, Yadav's phone, a key piece of evidence, has been forwarded to the forensic laboratory for analysis.
Elvish Yadav’s Arrest
Elvish Yadav found himself in a difficult situation when he was apprehended by the Noida Police on March 17, 2024. Subsequently, he was held in custody for a period of fourteen days. Prior to this incident, on November 3 of the previous year, Yadav and five other individuals were taken into custody by law enforcement authorities under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120 B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which pertains to conspiracy.
Following his arrest, Yadav sought bail, and after due consideration, the Gautam Budh Nagar district court granted him release upon furnishing two sureties, each amounting to Rs 50,000. This legal proceeding allowed Yadav to secure his freedom while the case continued to unfold.
After his bail, Elvish took to his Instagram handle and shared a post. He wrote, "Samay dikhai nahi deta par bahut kuchh dikha jata hai" (Time is invisible, but it makes you see a lot), accompanied by hashtags of Elvish Yadav and Elvish Army."
