Emergency FIRST Review: Kangana Ranaut hosted a special screening of her next movie, Emergency in Nagpur. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Anupam Kher, who costarred with Kangana in Emergency, were present on Saturday.

Posting his remarks on X (previously Twitter) after the movie, Nitin Gadkari thanked the performers and directors for bringing light to a significant yet dark period in Indian history.

Calling the movie 'authentic' and 'excellent,' Nitin Gadkari said, "Joined the special screening of the movie Emergency, featuring @KanganaTeam Ji and Shri @AnupamPKher Ji, in Nagpur today. I wholeheartedly thank the filmmakers and actors for presenting the dark chapter of our nation's history with such authenticity and excellence. I urge everyone to watch this film, which portrays a significant period in India's history."

Kangana Ranaut looked stunning in a beige saree with her hair arranged in a bun for the event, while Anupam Kher was dressed sharply in a blue suit. Following the showing, the three-spoke with the media, offering their opinions on the movie and its applicability.

PTI shared a video where Kangana Ranaut talked about her movie, Emergency. "Today, we are actually having the first screening of the film. Before this, no one has seen the film. The censor board was extremely strict, and they conducted thorough scrutiny. We had to provide so much proof and documentation. After six months of struggle, the film is finally ready," she said. 

About Emergency Movie

Shreyas Talpade, Ashok Chhabra, Mahima Chaudhary, Vishak Nair, Satish Kaushik, Milind Soman, Larry Newyorker and Richard Klein are among the ensemble cast members of Emergency.

Sanchit Balhara and G.V. Prakash Kumar contributed the soundtrack to Emergency, which was co-financed by Zee Studios, Manikarnika Films, and Renu Pitti. Ritesh Shah is the author of the drama's screenplay and dialogue.
